Redmond Mag Newsletter

I recieved this newsletter from Redmond Magazine which had this article in it:

AMD COPIES INTEL AGAIN AMD late last week wrapped up its new 64-bit virtualization spec, which when implemented will make it easier and more reliable to run multiple operating systems on a single server. Intel beat AMD by over two months with its own 64-bit spec.

and then pointed to this link

I love the comments on this site. What can we do about these "Technology Journalists" that get it wrong. I am not sure if the author of this story Stuart J. Johnston created the snippet for the newsletter but if he did/didn't how can we stop false information from being sent to users? I mean we throw people in jail for sending SPAM or false advertising. Should we start making news organizations responsible for their actions? If so what should happen to these people? Should we setup a "Rate the News Author" site or "These are untrustworthy news authors" site and blast wanted posters of these people?
